Listen folks it doesn’t get any more AUTHENTIC unless I go to an aunts or grandmas house. If you really now what real is do yourself a favor eat here.

Down home New Mexico style dishes .... Very tasty and as hot as you like ... Service was excellent ... The quarters are somewhat cramped but it adds to the environment.... Wait staff was expressive pleasant and easy to talk with... Great place for a first date... Who knows ... You may even run into old friends here

Really fresh and tasty Mexican food. We ate outside on the patio under the Wyoming sky. Great stop off of I-80!

I didn't lick the plate but I thought about it. The food was great! I only gave the place a 3 star as it has limited seating and is off the beaten path.

Traveling through, saw these excellent reviews and decided to give it a shot. The. Best. Food! Service was excellent, the place is clean and the only downer is that it is small, not very many tables, but has bar seating. They do have to go ordering if there isn't seating to your liking. Luckily we hit it right before the dinner rush and were able to get a table.

Pretty darn good food. It's the only place I have found around where you can get sopaipillas that aren't dessert. You can get them stuffed of covered in cinnamon if that's your thing, but you can also get them plan to eat with the meal. I have rarely seen that outside of New Mexico.

I love this place! The best smothered burritos I’ve ever had! The prices are reasonable and you walk away FULL! I also love the homemade sopapillas (sp?)!! I could make a meal on those. Yummy food, fast service and reasonable prices. What else could you ask for?

Found this little gem on our trip back home from Utah.Top notch, homemade food. Even kids really enjoyed it!

Great food for a good price, friendly service

I was impressed. Breakfast burrito with red sauce and rice with a glass coke was 15$. Good too. Large portions. I ate half of it, had to get a go box. Close quarters. Comfy. Grill is close too so it can be smokey. Reminded me of Country Flame but spotlessly clean and extremely hospitable

Best green chili you can get

Fabulous as always! We're a frequent customer We drive from out of state to come here We've tried almost everything on the menu. Everything is wonderful. Darien was very friendly and did a great job. If you go here, caution, it's cash only so plan ahead.

I've never had anything but a delicious experience every time I've eaten here. This place is one of my top favorite places to eat.

Nice local gem. Large portions and great prices, but not top end Mexican Cuisine. You get a lot for a little though. If that's what you want, this is your stop. Cash Only. Be Advised...

You have to go a little bit out of your way to get here, but the Mexican Long Johns are worth it. There's only 1 booth, so sit at the counter like everyone else. Leave your cards at home; they accept only cash and checks.

Absolutely a must stop every time we’re near Rawlins! Wish we had found this gem years ago! Excellent service, excellent food, and exceptional green chili! We ordered bowls of green chili, sopapillas, smothered burrito, smothered enchiladas, and left with a half gallon of green chili! Everything was superb! We will be back as often as possible!

I've eaten a lot of Mexican food in my life and being from Florida I'm not stranger to real Mexican food. But let me tell you that was easily the best taco salad I've ever had in my life. the server was super sweet and I 100% recommend it if you're stopping by into town.

Great food and service!! Cash only and closes at 7pm! Every thing we’ve tried here has been great. My favorite is the chicken enchiladas. Could use a bit more spice.

Incredible chili burger. Open sandwich style with chili cheese sauce all over it. Yum!
